This morning, Mr. Cooper was greeted at the main gate by staff and students after starting his incredible 43-mile run at 3am! He’s running in memory of his brother and proving that no matter how busy life gets, we can all prioritise our health.
After covering 20 miles before school, Mr. Cooper is now teaching a full day of lessons before he runs 20+ miles back home this evening. Talk about determination!
We’re so proud of his effort and the message he’s spreading about looking after ourselves physically and mentally. Let’s cheer him on as he smashes this challenge!
Don’t forget, you can join in too:
Commit to 43 miles this January – run, walk, swim, or row, and donate £1 when you finish. Let’s all make a positive change together.
