Year 9 Easter Egg Challenge Each form got a special Easter egg to give out, and it's up to the form tutor to decide who deserves one! But Year 9 took it to the next level... they snapped pics of their tutees who've earned their eggs! Big well done to these lads and to everyone in the other years who got an egg – you've all earned it! We'd also like to wish our amazing community of parents, carers, students, and staff a lovely Easter break . We look forward to welcoming everyone back to school on Tuesday, 22nd April!
District Cup Final Bound! The Y10 squad travelled to Leigh Academy for a huge semi-final clash. It was a tough start as Leigh scored early from the spot to go 1-0 up The boys kept fighting and went into half-time 2-1 down. Second half? Different story SG bagged his second goal of the game to make it 2-2 and take it to penalties Nerves of steel from the lads in the shootout and they came out on top – 5-4 on pens Massive shoutout to JT & JC – joint MOMs
Year 9 Football Update The lads faced Rainham Mark again after a tough 1-0 loss last time out. Spirits were high and the boys were buzzing to set things right On a tricky pitch, they grafted hard and went into half-time 2-0 up RM pulled one back early in the second half, but the boys held firm to take the W Final score: 2-1! Both goals from NA Big shoutouts to LW, RN, NA & DM for standout performances
Mr Halsey is Running the London Marathon! Sunday, 27th April Mr Halsey is taking on the London Marathon, and he wants the whole community involved!
