Core Values
'Putting sport and physical activity at the heart of school life’
Learn through participation and leadership in sport: equality, respect, commitment, healthy lifestyles, raising standards, co-operation/team work/partnership.
Vision
Supporting our community to make healthy choices, so that they lead long, healthy and ACTIVE lives.
Mission
To inspire, lead, enable and educate the delivery of sustainable targeted activities empowering children and adults to help increase their regular participation in sports/physical activities which are health enhancing and help aid physical literacy.
Active children are happier, healthier, more resilient, perform better at school and have overall improved wellbeing.
The Howard School Sports Partnership commits to providing an efficient, high quality and school-needs-led service. We will continue to take a ‘physical literacy’ approach to enable young people to benefit from being physically active every day through physical education and school sport and to help them to gain an overall improved sense of wellbeing.
